Totally agree with you. I don't see why people want us to write for free? Writing takes hard work, time, energy, focus, everything we've got.

I am a journalist with a lot of bylines in a mainstream newspaper of my country and my own website. but just came here for Medium sees like a good place where writers really support each other.
